On this day in 1944, the greatest amphibious invasion in history took place (ahem! after the greatest airborne operation the night before).
This was the culmination of years of planning and sacrifice-in-solidarity by Americans who thought they were setting the world free.
America faces a greater existential threat right now, right here on the home front, than any threat posed by the Axis Powers then.
Since 1917 Americans have been sent to fight other countries’ wars and die for everything except American interests. American fighting men served and put their lives on the line, believing they were preserving freedom. I was one of them.
Has the cause of freedom actually been served, though? Is the world, or even our country, a better place thanks to all the sacrifices Americans have made?
Americans enjoy less freedom now than ever before. We’re also less prosperous than previous generations, even when the GDP and Dow Jones numbers look good. What has happened to our industrial infrastructure, that was once the most powerful in the world? What has happened to our families? What has happened to morality? What has happened to our unity?
If China attacked us tomorrow like Japan did on 12/7/41, about half the country would be clamoring for surrender. They would want, and work toward helping, the Communists win because they hate our country so much.
How would we pay for a war–borrow the money from our enemies (and continue giving millions of it back to them as foreign aid)? How would we get medicine and spare parts to our troops, when we’ve been duped into outsourcing all that production to our enemies?
What have our sacrifices earned us?
We’re on the verge of losing everything we still have left, and half the population wants to make it worse. In fact, they will attack you if you get in the way of the corruption and destruction.
The masses were deceived then, and are deceived now. But the America we live in now is not the America our grandfathers thought they were fighting for.
Is anyone surprised that the money trail to the agitators turning these protests into riots leads back to George Soros?
Leftist goons had pre-staged bricks, incendiary devices and other supplies in the cities where these riots were planned. The only surprising part of it is that there is some video evidence that has (so far) survived purging by the Big Tech Thought Police. As you watch them, you might be able to guess why.

The Democrat/Media Machine realizes that stuff like this is leaking out and is scrambling to spin some damage control. The bald-faced liars on TV are trying to convince us that the out-of-state agitators hijacking the protests are “white supremacists” and “alt right.”
Possibly more credible than this “white nationalist agitator” narrative are an increasing number of references to an autopsy that determined George Floyd didn’t die of strangulation but of a preexisting heart condition exacerbated by drug abuse. I don’t know if that’s true and it doesn’t matter a whole lot. If you abuse somebody with a heart condition the way Floyd was abused, you risk causing a cardiac event that he may die from.
We pay the salaries of law enforcement personnel to protect and serve US–not to have some Hitler Youth cop smash his knee into the neck of a citizen who is already handcuffed, for eight minutes. I don’t care if Floyd was accused of passing a counterfeit $20 bill. No cops are kneeling on the necks of the Federal Reserve shareholders who are printing fake money by the trillions. Why is passing counterfeit chump change deserving of death, but passing fake money on a massive, national scale is legitimate?
I’ve also been hearing that the other three cops involved were not all white, which explains why you probably haven’t seen their photos–it doesn’t fit the “systemic racism” Narrative that is the battle cry of this insurrection. Apparently, all four cops have been arrested. The rioters initially justified their rampage because they hadn’t. It was very difficult to find the photos I posted above and below. But two of the officers at the scene, for sure, were not white (unless you adopt the racial profiling protocol used by the MSM regarding the Trayvon Martin case). If justice is not to be a mockery, then all four need to stand trial regardless of their race or ethnicity.
Do you want four uniformed goons like these knocking on your door at night on a “red flag” call?
That being said, what happened to George Floyd is obviously not an excuse to break into somebody’s store, steal their property, beat the store owner to death and burn the place down. But the Democrat/Media Machine disagrees with me. Watch the following clip from 14:07 to about 17:09.
The race pimps use incidents like this to push the “America is Racist” Narrative in addition to trying to dismantle what’s left of the rule of law. We’ve all heard of Rodney King, Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Eric Garner, and George Floyd. I’ll bet you don’t know the name of a single white victim of police, even though there are far more of them. Why do you suppose that is?
Police brutality is an issue, folks. Big city police have the attitude of occupational troops, and consider citizens “hostiles.” But statistically, it is whites who suffer the most. Last year, for instance, twice as many unarmed whites were shot by police than unarmed blacks.
The stories and video footage are harder to find, for obvious reasons, but here’s a cop gunning down a car accident survivor in cold blood (1:06), then calling in to dispatch afterwards (1:35) that he’s “got an armed response…(from) a male in the car who refuses to get out.” You can see the guy was trying to get out when the cop shot him. Ever hear about this one?
Most big city cops don’t choose that career because they want to protect and serve. They know that a badge gives them license to abuse power, and most judges will side with them. Going through the academy does not magically transform these people into altruistic heroes. All kinds of dirtbags are on police forces, including racists who happen to be white. But that’s part of a bigger, broader issue with the people who we have allowed to hijack our government. It’s not due to some fault with the Bill of Rights that these authoritarians routinely ignore.
As the violence escalates, stay frosty. It’s infuriating to see mobs beating people to death and destroying what small businesses managed to survive the COVID-1984 power grab. However some of the victims suffered as they have because they were foolish.
Confronting a violent mob unarmed, with your wife, no less, to dissuade the brutal savages from looting and burning a store is just idiotic, and had predictable results.
Carrying an American flag, alone, near a rabid mob of America-hating rioters is suicidal. And then the guy compounded his folly by hanging onto the flag so he couldn’t defend himself, or escape. I’m sure he started out convinced he was making a bold, defiant statement. I don’t know if the man is still alive, or what kind of shape he’s in, but if he hasn’t suffered permanent brain damage from the beating, I hope he understands that his bold statement didn’t have the desired effect.
If you’re going to call the cops on a gang of looters, don’t do it where they can see you or reach you. Maybe that individual thought he was intimidating them by narcing in plain sight. Maybe he thought he was being heroic. Who knows? In reality, it was epic stupidity.
People on the right need to wake up. These people aren’t “liberals” and haven’t been for a long time. They are perverse vermin who are destroying our country, and are willing to kill you to do it.
This is not 1964. This is not about civil rights. These people are AGAINST civil rights, anyway. They have no regard for anyone’s rights, and they’re shoving that fact right in your face.
The lapdogs at the news networks and holding public office may not literally be on the streets throwing incendiary devices or smashing car windows in with crowbars and trying to drag random people out of their vehicles to beat and rob them, but make no mistake: They are on the same side. They just have a different role. Stalin and Mao didn’t themselves personally go out and murder over a hundred million peasants and “counter-revolutionaries”–but they gave the orders. A general doesn’t fix bayonet and close with the enemy hand-to-hand. An S-2 officer doesn’t hump a machinegun. Different gears. Different cogs in the machine. Same team; same agenda.
These people are your enemy. Debating them is a waste of time and might get you killed or crippled. They can’t be reasoned with. The time for all that expired while Americans were downplaying the threat and denying reality.

I strongly advise you to avoid these riots if at all possible.
Now is the time to exercise your right to bear arms. Don’t go into potentially dangerous areas (which is almost anywhere in a city, now) alone. Travel in groups of three or more if possible, and discuss contingency plans beforehand. If you do find yourself caught in a violent confrontation, don’t hesitate to act decisively. Don’t get separated from your buddies. Guard each other’s flanks and rear. If you can identify the leader or instigator of the mob, concentrate on them first. Often you can destroy enemy morale (at least temporarily) by cutting the head off the snake. That could buy you some time to unass the area.
I know some of you are tempted to gear up and go get this party started. I don’t blame you and maybe this is the time to do it. But keep in mind that the enemy’s overwhelming propaganda machine is going to manipulate the information to make it look like you are the militant racist boogeyman they’ve been fearmongering about all along, that you caused all the problems…and at least half of the population is going to believe it.
Be smart. Live to fight another day. Because you might have to.
And furthermore: war is peace, slavery is freedom, and treason is patriotism. People are not right or wrong based on whether they DO right or wrong, you silly rube. It’s based on skin color and whether they exercise the right to bear arms or not. Watch from 2:57 of this clip to about 6:20.

When you understand their agenda, then it makes perfect sense why they’re pushing this ridiculous narrative. That narrative supports the proposition that our constitutional republic must be destroyed once and for all because what we really need here is a socialist dictatorship.
So people who steal from others, set Auto Zone or Arby’s on fire (and assault people who try to put out the fire) are heroic victims who are somehow achieving justice for George Floyd (you’ll just have to trust them on that, since they haven’t explained how that works). But people who peacefully protest the self-appointed socialist dictators of states like Michigan, New York, New Jersey, New Mexico (etc. ad nauseum) are monstrous terrorists and the real dangers to “democracy.”
Confused? If you are, it’s because you’re trusting in the wrong sources for information.
A bicameral group of Republican lawmakers is asking the Trump Administration to reject its Buy American, Hire American – America First mantra and actively undermine the nearly 40 million Americans who are out of work due to the panic surrounding COVID-19. In two letters, the lawmakers demand that the President protect and ensure that millions of foreign visa workers will continue to flood the labor market this year, as unemployment soars past Great Depression levels.
Again, the Uniparty is simply playing Good Cop/Bad Cop with rhetoric. Everything they do is calculated to make themselves richer and more powerful while screwing our country. These traitors need to be primaried while your vote still has meaning.

Veterans Day is for guys like us here at VP. Memorial Day is for veterans who weren’t so fortunate. We honor their memory today.
I can’t speak for others, of course, but I treat the flag with respect not because I care about the cloth and dye it’s made of, but because of what it represents. Many Americans have put their lives on the line to protect what the flag represents, and many lost their lives doing so. We can argue about what those men really died for (since the War of 1812, at least) but few of them enjoyed the hindsight, or insights, now available. Their sacrifices deserve and command our respect.
For all her faults and damage, I am still thankful to live in America. We still enjoy freedoms here that others around the world don’t. Those freedoms hang in the balance of events playing out all around us right now. But today I’m gonna try not to dwell on heavy issues. I plan to relax, eat, maybe do some reading, and work on the Great American Novel.

Pay off enough politicians, and it doesn’t matter what laws you break. That’s been the story for Big Tech so far. But when somebody expresses an opinion those companies don’t like, down comes the censorship hammer, and out the other side of their collective mouth you hear, “Hey, it’s OUR company and we can violate the 1st Amendment any time we want!”
It’s not surprising that the Democrat/Media Machine approves of this carte blanche, since their faithful lemmings are the gatekeepers. It’s nauseating that “libertarians” also swallow this whole. But it’s infuriating that the cucks in Congress (including the ones supposedly “on our side”) have been paid off to insure Big Tech gets to have their cake and eat it, too.

Something very similar happens on Amazon. There’s a lot of monkey business concerning reviews, for instance. If you’re a leftist, you can spend your days in the basement browsing Amazon for authors you disagree with, and dish out one-star “reviews” (now just “ratings,” which makes thought-policing even easier) to books you’ve never read. In fact, you can admit you never read a book, but the Bulldyke Merchant will keep the review up no matter what. However, if you’re on the right, and you criticize the ubiquitous left-wing screeds disguised as literature, even though your review is thoughtful and so detailed that it’s obvious you read the book in question, if some Thought Cop reports it as “abusive,” the Bulldyke Merchant will remove it immediately. I know this because I’ve experienced it all first hand. It’s sad that “social proof” is such a factor in the market, but that’s the conformist age we live in today–and those who hate us hold all the cards. There’s plenty of other monkey business that goes on at Amazon–not just with reviews, and not just with my books. But what can we do about it?

Amazon has been accused by vendors who use its third-party selling services of using private information on those products and their customers to create competing products.

The only way I believe these tech giants will be held accountable is if we replace most of Congress with actual representatives in November. Otherwise…traitors gonna trait.
In addition to destroying the economy, protecting the Democratic nominee from scrutiny and debate, desensitizing people to violation of their rights “for the greater good,” justifying a delay of the China trade agreement and the Democrat National Convention, COVID-1984 is also the excuse fed to us for why we must let the upcoming election be stolen from us (just in case wrecking the economy in an election year, and millions of dead and illegal foreign Democrat voters isn’t enough).
Ballots being sent to inactive voters may be a concern for the GOP in Nevada, but nationally Republicans have also railed against ballot harvesting as they worry they’ll see another scenario like the one during the 2018 midterm elections in California’s Orange County.
Despite holding substantial leads on Election Day, many Republican candidates in California saw their advantage shrink, and then disappear, as late-arriving Democratic votes were counted in the weeks following the election. Many observers pointed to the Democrats’ use of ballot harvesting as a key to their success in the elections.
In Orange County, Calif. – once seen as a Republican stronghold in the state – every House seat went to a Democrat after an unprecedented 250,000 vote-by-mail drop-offs were counted, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
“People were carrying in stacks of 100 and 200 of them. We had had multiple people calling to ask if these people were allowed to do this,” Neal Kelley, the registrar for voters in Orange County, said at the time.
Remember, it’s the people who have been shrieking about “threats to our democracy” for the last three years who are trying to rig this election. Excepting California, probably none of the southwestern states would have turned blue without election fraud. They’re planning to implement even more massive fraud this time.
